Glazing Insider® was created to provide independent media dedicated to glazing. Using our collection of social media channels we provide informative advice, reviews and comparisons on everything from double glazing products to the industry machines that make them, creating sharable content for both consumers and industry professionals.

The Journey

As the son of David Lannen Co-Founder of L&L Installations based in Tewkesbury, Richard was born into the double glazing world and started manufacturing windows when he was 14, he joined the company full time in 2007 working in roles from service engineer to sales & marketing. Glazing Insider had been an idea of his since 2018 and finally in 2021 supported by companies from within the industry he launched the Glazing Insider channels, providing weekly content on all platforms from YouTube to TikTok.
